Shipping & refund policy

DISPATCH TIMES
For the majority of products, we aim to dispatch your order within 3 – 5 working days of your purchase. If there is a delay we will contact you using the email address / telephone number that you provide when ordering.

COMMISION WORK
Custom items and special order items have a longer processing time before dispatch. This includes commissions and larger prints not carried in stock. Please check the product page of the item you wish to order for details on processing / dispatch times. In the rare event that a longer time scale occurs than was expected, you will be updated as to an expected delivery date.

WORLDWIDE
Delivery is available worldwide and the price is included.
Delivery aim is about 2-4 weeks, from dispatch.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at kira.dan.sutcliff@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a contact address to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Once received, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes commissions and custom orders.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
